Dallas – The entertainment division of Signify (Euronext: LIGHT), the world leader in lighting, has reached an agreement with TecArt (Technical Art Solutions Pty Ltd) to resume production and sales of the popular Selecon Display Series from Australia. The following products are part of this licensing agreement: ACCENT BEAMSPOT, ACCENT LED BEAMSPOT, ACCENT LED BEAMSHAPER, SDP, FRESCO LED WALL WASHER. The products will remain Selecon branded, but will be built, sold and supported exclusively by TecArt.

“The Display Series utilizes the Selecon’s renowned expertise for theatres in a format that is specifically designed for architecture. This is why it remains a popular fixture amongst architainment customers in Australia and New Zealand,” explains Sameer Sodhi, Business Leader, Vari-Lite at Signify. “We’re happy that these products will live on, and trust that TecArt will continue to deliver high-quality products, as the customers of the Selecon brand have grown accustomed to.”

TecArt, which are located in Northcote, Australia will be responsible for end-to-end sales and servicing of the Selecon Display Series, including quotes, sales, warranty claims, after-sales services and technical support. “We are proud to provide the Selecon Display Series for our customers, manufacturing it right here in Australia, for the region and beyond,” says Dan Ditmann, Managing Director at TecArt. “We know there has been tremendous demand for the return of these products here in Australia and New Zealand, and we excited that we can now offer them.”
